At some point in our lives, many of us find ourselves in Rome. In a city which has existed for over two millennia, its history is visible on the surface, as well as below. Nearly constantly sacked and laid siege to, Rome has been destroyed and rebuilt several times. The Church of San Clemente, with its four levels stacked upon one another and the Roman Forum and Amphitheater bear the scars of change.
